The location was perfect, just a short walk to major attractions. The thin walls made for a noisy night.

Liked the room with shared bathroom, my bed was comfortable. The location of the property was convenient, very near to the train station. And there was Fontego delle Dolcezze with short-orders near the venue, super convenient.

No complaints, overall quiet little and cool place.
Central heating and a writing table in the room, marvellous location. Big beds and clean bathroom. Connected to a bus stop very close to the hotel...

Positive, Great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were helpful, even sending back a lost toy. Showers were small but manageable, and the alternative pool nearby was a bonus. Overall an amazing stay 😊

The hotel itself was modest and fairly clean and the staff were fairly friendly, it had excellent location near the stop of the ferry. Queen room was fashionable and compact exactly as on the picture which was fantastic.

The bed lacked comfort, feeling a bit tough, and the overall size of the room felt cramped for three people. Noise levels were noticeably disruptive at night, affecting our ability to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was functional but small, and the absent blankets were a bit disappointing when trying to regulate the air conditioner's temperature.

I can't say much except, the location which is walkable/close from Railway station.
I didn't like one of the staffs who is very rude in answering questions also, he treats in such a way that we are all thieves. Also hotel administration gives only two mosquito repellent mats even if you stay three days. That too after asking that you need them.

The hotel was conveniently located near the
Train station and many dining options. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, even in the summer heat. I wish there had been more information about the shared fridge.

This hotel has the audacity to have no reception staff, and walking 300 meters with heavy bags is quite the treat, isn't it? I also noticed the bed had springs poking through, how charming! Funny enough, i expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but i guess that's too much to ask for. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

We first miss the little street of the hotel coming from the train station because the name of the street is written on the other side, but there is a sign saying leonardo that we noticed after, so it makes the hotel quite easy to find. It was a nice room, with air conditioning, very clean. The staff was nice too. The hotel is well located, close to the train station (10 minutes walking) and Piazzale Roma (14 minutes) and close also to one of the only 4 bridges that cross Grand Canal. Plenty of good little snacks around and internet access points. A little expansive, but worth it especially if you prefer to have your own bathroom and a quiet place.
